AIR CONDITIONING: All rooms have an individual air conditioning system. Please make sure that your windows are closed properly.
BIRTHDAYS – ANNIVERSARIES: If you have any special requests, please inform the Front Office one day in advance.
BREAKFAST: Breakfast is served from 06:00hrs until 10:00hrs in the Maama Asaa Restaurant. Breakfast is complimentary.
CAR RENTALThe hotel offers car rental services. Kindly contact the front office for assistance.
CREDIT CARDS: At the front desk, we accept the following Credit Cards; Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can also either pay cash or charge your room bill by signing the receipt.
CURRENCY EXCHANGE AND ATMs: You can exchange foreign currency daily at the Accra Mall or Airport. There are three banks within walking distance of the hotel. Each bank has an ATM available for your convenience which dispenses cash for Visa and MasterCard users.
DEPARTURE: Please check out of your room on the day of your departure not later than 12;00hrs. if you need a late checkout, please contact the front office one (1) day in advance. The rate for a late checkout (subject to availability) until 17:00hrs is 50% of your room rate, after 18:00hrs it is 100% of your room rate.
DO NOT DISTURB: If you do not wish to be disturbed by anybody in your room, please leave the “Do Not Disturb” sign outside your room on the doorknob.
ENTRANCE: The main entrance of the hotel is via the reception lobby; Visitors or work partners are not allowed to access the facility without the accompaniment of the staff.
FIRE: The hotel is fully equipped and prepared to deal with emergencies. Please endeavor to study the fire notices in your bedroom which inform you of the emergency procedures.
FOOD & BEVERAGES: The hotel applies the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point System for food safety and hygiene assurance.
GYM: There is an exercise room with gym equipment located next to the Main Conference Hall which is open daily. Please follow the directional signs within the premises. The use is free of charge and your own responsibility, and not allowed for children below 16 years of age.
INTERNET: Internet access is available everywhere in the hotel via Wi-Fi. Just scan with your computer or smartphone for Ave Maria, to connect to our network; this service is free of charge. There is a business center in the reception with 2 computers which can be used free of charge.IRONINGPressing of clothes can be done at the laundry for a fee. Please dial 388.
LAUNDRY: Please fill out the laundry form, which is in the wardrobe, and leave the clothes in the laundry bag provided with the form on your bed one day in advance. It takes one day.
LOST & FOUNDShould you misplace any item, please contact the front desk. The hotel takes no responsibility for missing valuables from the rooms or its public areas.
MEAL TIMES: Lunch is served in the restaurant. The menu is A la Carte. Food is served from 12:00hrs to 16:00hrs. Dinner is served every evening from 17:00hrs until 22:00hrs in the Maame Asaa Restaurant. The menu is A la Carte.
NEWSPAPERS: Complimentary morning newspapers are provided at the reception daily for guests. If you would like to read a newspaper, please do so in the lobby. Please do not take the newspaper to your room.
PARKING: You may park your car in the parking lot. Please ensure that you do not obstruct anybody and leave enough space for the buses to turn. Keep your car always locked and do not leave any valuable items in it. The hotel takes no responsibility for any damages and losses.
PETS: Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
POOL BAR: The POOL Bar is open 24 hours and provides you with a great variety of refreshments and beverages.
POOL TOWELS: You can request pool towels from the housekeeping department. Due to hygienic reasons, you are not allowed to use white towels outside your room. Please address your room’s maid in case you want the towels changed.
QUESTIONNAIRE: Please fill in the questionnaire and drop it into the questionnaire box at the front desk upon your departure. Your comments and suggestions will help us to improve our services.
REPAIRS: If the need arises for repairs in your room, please contact the front desk (dial 0). The hotel would endeavor to fix the problem within 24 hours. However, delays may occur due to the nature of the problem. Please be patient should the need arise.
REFRIGERATOR: Every room is equipped with a small refrigerator and its usage is free of charge.
ROOM SERVICE: Room service is available 24 hours daily. The menu is in the room. Please dial (417) for orders.
SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX: The hotel has a big safe downstairs. If you have any valuables to be kept in the safe, please contact reception.
SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE: The hotel shuttle bus makes daily pickup(s) and drops off at the Airport. Please make a reservation indicating the time at reception one day in advance.
SMOKING: Smoking is forbidden in all closed areas. Please ask the front desk for a smoking room if you require one.
SOCKET AC VOLTAGE: The voltage is 22 VOLT please note. Reception has no adaptors available. You can buy one at the Accra mall.
SWIMMING POOL: The pool is cleaned and the water is changed regularly. It is not allowed to use the pool from 19:00hrs until 10:00hrs. please note that the pool does not have lifeguards. Never leave your children to swim unattended and diving is prohibited. Visitors, who are not guests of the hotel, are not allowed to use the pool facilities.
TAXI: You can arrange for a taxi through the front desk. Please ask the driver about the fare before you use the cab.

TELEVISION: Every room is equipped with a TV. Please set the volume to a level that does not disturb anybody near your room. For your viewing pleasure, 13 optional DSTV channels plus other local channels are available. Should you experience any problems regarding the operation of your television, please do not hesitate to contact Reception.
TIME OF REST: Please endeavor not to disturb anybody during the general resting times between 15:00hrs and 17:00hrs and between 24:00hrs and 07:00hrs.
TOWELS: Towels are changed daily in all rooms. Please note that it is allowed not allowed to use these towels outside your room. The guest is charged with any damage or loss. Please do not take the towels away. They are not souvenirs.
WAKE-UP CALLS: Please contact the front desk (dial 0), if you need a wake-up call.
WATER: Although the water from the tap is drinkable, we advise you to drink only bottled water. Every guest is entitled to two bottles of water on the day of arrival, and one bottle of water daily for the rest of their stay.
WATER HEATER: To get hot water running through the tap. Please put on the water heater switch next to your dressing mirror for 20 minutes before taking a shower.
